The genesis

Origins

In 2020, we engaged with LinkedIn creators—experts with deep knowledge, sharp insights, and a passion for sharing ideas—but who struggled to turn their influence into sustainable careers. 

At the same time, our roots in the startup world revealed a parallel challenge: companies, especially during COVID’s upheaval, were failing to articulate their value in a way that resonated.

The disconnect was obvious.

Platforms promised scale but lacked humanity. 

So we chose a different path: building an agency centered on people, not algorithms. 

For creators, this meant tailored guidance to monetize their expertise. 

For businesses, it meant strategies that cut through noise to connect with decision-makers.
